2. How We Use Your Data

• Delivering the Service (granting TradingView access)

• Communicating updates, promotions (you can unsubscribe anytime)

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in JSON files on our server. We do not use external databases or cloud analytics platforms that collect personal data. Payment data is handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe or equivalent) and is never stored on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

• TradingView · we share your TV username with TradingView's platform to grant indicator access.
• Payment processor · handles card transactions under their own privacy policy.
• Broker partners (Exness, Vantage, XM) · if you submit a broker claim, your provided email or MT5 ID may be shared with the relevant broker to verify your account.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies only for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account exists. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us. Deletion removes your personal data but we may retain anonymized order records for accounting purposes.

7. Your Rights

• Deletion · request full account deletion
• Opt-out · unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

8. Children

PAALGO.COM is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
