How to Request a Refund

We process within 3–5 business daysRefunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank.
Conditions for Refund

- Request made within 7 days of payment
- First-time purchase of a subscription
- Technical issue that we were unable to resolve

- Requests made after 7 days of purchase
- Requests for partial refund on active plans (3-month, 12-month, or lifetime)
- Free trial periods (no charge was made)
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
Cancellation
All plans are one-time payments (no auto-renewal). Your access continues until the end of your purchased plan period. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
