1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PAALGO.COM and PAALGO PRO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PAALGO PRO is a TradingView Pine Script indicator provided via a subscription. Access is granted by adding a specified TradingView username to the indicator's access list. We do not control TradingView's platform availability or features.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscriptions are available as 3-month, 12-month, and lifetime plans at the listed price.
Payment is processed securely. We do not store your card details.
You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
Prices may change with 14 days' notice via email.

4. Free Trial

A 3-day free trial is available once per TradingView account. Abusing the trial system (multiple accounts for the same person) will result in account termination without refund.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details. Refunds are not available after 7 days or if the policy conditions are not met.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

Share, resell, or redistribute your indicator access to others.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the Pine Script source code.
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions.

7. Intellectual Property

All code, content, branding, and materials on PAALGO.COM are the exclusive property of PAALGO.COM. Your subscription grants a limited, non-transferable, personal license to use the indicator.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the indicator will be profitable, error-free, or available at all times. Past results shown are illustrative and not indicative of future performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAALGO.COM shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
